Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Please note that canceling your appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit.
If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so, your credit card will be charge 50% of the service booked. No show or no call on the day of the appointment, you will be charge 100% of the appointment.
Late Policy.
We understand life is busy and traffic time may delay your travel, there is a 15 minutes grace period. After 15 mins your appointment will be cancel and your card will be charge 50% of the service booked.
